Who we are

Sorbiel Motors hires out one car in Salford. That is deliberate rather than a stage we are growing out of. We deliver and collect across Greater Manchester inside the M60, which removes the depot, the counter and the queue from the process entirely.

Why we kept it to one car

Because the alternative is knowing a lot of cars badly. With a single Moskvich 5 we know its service history line by line, we know which independent garage has worked on it since day one, and we know the answer when someone asks how the gearbox behaves on a slip road. That is worth more to a customer than a choice of colour.

It also means we can be specific instead of reassuring. When people ask about dependability we point them at what we have actually recorded, including the parts of the question nobody can answer yet.

How the car is looked after

• Serviced to the manufacturer's interval by one independent garage in Salford
• Transmission fluid on schedule — the thing a CVT genuinely cares about
• Tyres, brakes and fluids checked on every return, not every few hires
• Valeted before each handover
• Any fault flagged at return stops the car going out again until it is fixed

What we will not tell you

We will not quote a customer count, a star rating or a fuel consumption figure we have not verified. We would rather answer a specific question on the phone than publish a confident number that turns out to be somebody else's guess.
